Howdy All-
I'm gonna call this one "Tooth & Nail"
cuz it's fought me every step of the way... (See Fermentation lag solution post)
BEANO update- After adding BEANO, fermentation re-started and continued steadily for 4 days, then slowed to 1 bubble per minute. FG at bottling was
1.018 for ABV of about 8%!!!
Fabulous color and serious alcohol...
I'm gonna wait at least 1 month before sampling. (hope it;s not too good cuz I couldn't ever reproduce it!
