I visited Grape Vine Market (off MoPac and Anderson Lane) for the first time and was incredibly impressed. I think that they have the best beer selection in Austin, and their beer guy (forgot his name) was incredibly helpful as well as knowing his trade very well.
I picked up a few beers that I had been looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else (i.e. La Chouffe Tripel IPA, and DFH Chicory Stout). I also found a Belhaven Twisted Thistle IPA and a Rouge Mocha Stout. They are also have very reasonable prices on singles, with just about any single available.
I highly recommend this establishment to any serious beer drinker in Austin. The wine selection looked extensive, though I don't know much about the vino. Very good selection of cheeses, chocolates, and different types of sauces (mustards, salsas, etc.) as well.
