I stopped brewing when I couldn't control the cleanliness in college, and I'm back in business now. It's awesome. So, I pulled out all of my brewing equipment that I bought over 10 years ago the other week. I brewed an APA and bottled it yesterday, and today I'm going to brew a Belgian White. I got the coriander and the curacao for it. Any helpful hints from some of you experts on this? Seems like a pretty easy batch. Any advise? Thanks everyone!

If you can, do a full boil.

Depending your usage of Liquid or Dry extract, add it as late in the boil as you can to minimize darkening.

Don't go too overboard on the spices.

Go light on the coriander as a little goes a long way.
