Is there anything different I should do when bottling a lager?

Should I bring it up to room temp first? (it's been at 38F for 41 days).

Do I need to add more yeast before bottling or should there still be some active culture in there when I prime it?

I'm pretty sure I want to keep the bottles at room temp during conditioning, right?

This has taken soo long I don't want to blow it with either flat beer or exploding bottles!

I just did a Vienna Lager. I lagered for 5 weeks at ~34 degrees. I bottled as usual, not worrying about the tempeture. It took a good 3 weeks before I had good carbonation, but I normally wait at least that long before declaring a beer "ready"
