I have a brewers best cream ale kit that I used a yeast starter (WL001) on. It sat in the primary for 7 days even though fermentation was over pretty quickly. It has now been in the secondary for almost 4 weeks. I'm wondering if I should add some yeast at bottling? I'm just worried about carbonation because this won't require much time in bottles because it's such a light beer. If you think I should add some, how much and what kind? I've got some dry Nottingham at home if thatwill work.

This is one of those beers I'm doing for the BMC fans out there because they don't normally like my "flavorful" brews. :D I think since I'm not too excited about it, I've let it sit so long. Thanks in advance for any help.

I left an ale in secondary for 3 weeks at 40 degrees F. It carbed up just fine. Don't worry - there's plenty of yeast
