Pork and Beef Ribs

what are some of your favorite beer styles, or specific beer, to pair with Pork ribs, and beef ribs?

When we do ribs it's usually pork. I'd have to say that my companion brew of choice would be a nice crisp pilsner.

I have to say that the best combo I ever had was Magic Hat #9 with ribs. I've only had it once,but that one night it just seemed to be an incredible combo.I'll try it again one of these days and see if I still think it is a good match.

That's not a bad idea, especially if you have a glaze with some apricot and/or orange in it.

I don't know what was in the sauce on the ribs, but if you are ever in Buffalo,NY hit the Buffalo Brew Pub and try those ribs! YUMMY!!!!
