I am sitting down tonight with my first glass of Belgian peach witbier...the same brew that I damn near dumped out of rage because the ordeal of making it was obviously some punishment inflicted upon me by spirits of long ago. It is yyyuuuuuuuummmmmmmmy! Somewhat restrained peach aroma, initial detectable peach flavor that quickly gives way to the nice flavors that Belgian yeasts can provide. What a great summer brew. I wish I could send you all a bottle....wait a minute, no I don't.......;)
