I just had a blinding flash of inspiration ... its that or my boss just snuck up behind me and smacked me over the head. :p
For some reason, it appears that the only New Zealand brew that you can get in the US is Steinlager. The talk about Speights Dark (how good it is) made me wonder if there was a recipe that a person could maybe homebrew? Any NZ homebrewers out there?
