Being the wheatlover that I am, I am really curious about trying the Irish wheat Curim from the Carlow Brewing Company. I´ve never heard about an Irish wheat before. I know that it is sold in some parts of the US, has anybody ever seen it in Colorado and is it worth trying?

I've had Curim before and thought it was a good, not great beer. Light golden in color. Nice light malt aroma. It's a balanced, clean tasting beer. Malt and hops are balanced, neither one being aggressive. Medium to light body, clean finish. The bottle I had may have oxidized a bit, so I'm sure a fresh sample would be better. I thought it was well made, but didn't have as much of a "wheat" profile as other, more well known German varieties. I live in MN, so I can't speak to availibility in CO. My advice-try it! They also make an "Irish Red" beer and a stout. The stout being my favorite.
