I have a copy of the Technical Quarterly. It is a publication of the Master Brewers Assocation of the Americas. It is a very advanced publication about brewing. One of the articles is about measuring foam height in a cylindrocinical fermenter using a laser device. Another one is Specialty malt from the view of the craft brewer and Determination of OG in dark starkbiers with the refractometer. To wit, it is not light reading but I would send it to anyone who might wish to view it. I got it for free from a hockey team member who works for AB. I will send it to the first to ask for no cost just that you make it available to someone esle under the same guidelines. I used to have 3 or 4 but can only lay my hands on this one at the moment. It is volume 36-Number 2-1999.
