I am probably preaching to the choir, but I find the following snacks go well with any brew: Nuts, potato chips, popcorn
Pirouline but only w Optimator
Edited to achnowledge, of course, cheese. Do try your favorite libation accompanied by Lay's chips w cheddar and sour cream
Oh, and jerky
But God help you, nothing even remotely fruity. Don't even consider a glass of fruit juice just before cracking the first brew

a fresh baked baguette of french bread is great. Also helps clean the palate between brews.

If my children really love me, this will be my fathers day gift. (http://www.roguecreamery.com/product.asp?specific=jnrrcol0)

I decided to try brewing based on my experiences with my never-ending batch of sourdough. I've been thinking about giving cheese a whirl and the answers here have me wondering how many of you make your own cheese?
Almost one. I'm about 6 months from starting. Hopefully I can gain that extra 50 pounds I've been trying to gain the last 5 years! God knows the beer hasn't helped.

T've been wanting to make cheese, but my wife says I can't make everything from scratch and I have to buy some of our food.
It would be nice to have a pizza with homemade dough, sauce and cheese paired with a homebrew.

I've made a bit of home-made mozzarella. Quite tasty if I do say so myself! Easy too. We ordered all we needed off the internet. Can't recall the company name off hand but it wasn't hard to find.

I've heard mozzarella was easiest. I would love to make some bleu or other artisinal cheeses, also
Making a cheese to pair with a batch of homebrew . . . man I need to win the lottery and retire
