I dropped by Knightly Spirits (http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/florida/orlando/knightly-spirits/3676.htm) yesterday when I had to go downtown to pick up the wifeunit at the airport. I live out in the hinterlands, so I don't get downtown very often, so when I do, I tend to go a little crazy.

I been in the mood to find some Saisons and some Imperial Stouts, and I heard that was the place to be.

Jason at Knightly Spirits knows his stuff and was able to help me decide what to get and what to leave. I put myself on a very strict one case limit, so there was a lot of Hmmmming going on.

Here is what I came home with:

It's a liquor store, so no consumption on the premises. Sometimes Jason has to help someone buy a 2 liter of Jack Black or somesuch, but he is usually willing to spend time helping you.

The sign out front is just a big

LIQUOR

and Knighty Spirits is in a little posterboard in the window.
