Hi Everyone!

I moved from Rothesay, New Brunswick to Iowa City, Iowa about three years ago and haven't been able to return to the maritimes since (I was born and raised in Canada). I've been desperatly wanting some Alpine Lager or Alexander Keith's since I left and was hoping that somebody from NB would be willing to send me some. Naturally I would be willing to pay a premium for it since I can't get either brand down here (I'm thinking double the price of the beer plus shipping, but I am definietly willing to negotiate.) If anyone is willing to help me out please PM or email me. Thanks!

Max

Hey. I sent you a pm, and I will reply on here for anyone else in your situation.

Both Labatt who owns Alexander Keiths, and Moosehead, who owns Alpine both send lots of beer to the U.S., and they have contact information on there webpages. I have contacted alot of brewers for product info. They are usually quite accomodating, Sleeman's is especially great with customer serice. I am sure they could help you out, and send some to a local distributer.

Let us all on how you make out. Cheers eh!

I'm afraid that the brewery will not ship out to a distributor. I also contacted Apline (family in NB) as it's my favourite beer and they aren't able to ship it to Ontario because of the liquor laws. The rep I spoke with told that they are in the process of looking to bring it into Ontario - but that won't help you since you're in Iowa.

What I am trying to do is find a local seafood supplier that makes trips out to the Maritimes and get him to bring me back a case. Hasn't happened yet though.

I miss the apline too..but on a good note they sent me about 6 different posters!

Good luck
