Hmmm.... I don't get it. You take a white puff add some bud scars and it is beer yeast? It looks like wine or bread yeast to me.... What makes it beer yeast..

haven't gotten into brewing yet, but am really limited with just one hand... thinking about heading over to Shanandoah Brewery a Brew on Premises place and making up a batch of something... in the mean time I'm catching up with my reading, and finishing up the few beer related books I'm working on now
