I have brewed 4 batches of beer now but with the summer coming my house temp varies from 68 to around 75 degrees. Should I stop brewing because of the temp flux or does it make that big of a different’s
I really need my beer. So I hope all of your answers point to it doesn’t matter

You'll end up with more fruitness from the yeast, Either use a cleaer starin than you usually do, or brew styles that welcome those flavors. Belgians ales are usually good when fermented at higher temps. English ales would welcome extra yeast character.

I brewed in my old apartment where the temp stayed in the same range your talking about and the brews same out great.

There are also a few things you can do to lower the temp of your fermenter. By putting a carboy in a shallowish bucket of water and draping an old t-shirt over it, it'll drop the temp. Putting a fan blowing on that setup will give you a bigger drop in temp.
