I was bored at work the other day and came across this site. I got signed up and figured I should inroduce myself. I'm from Colorado Springs, CO. I like to consider myself a beer connoisseur(and compared to most of my friends I most definately am), and there's nothing I enjoy more then trying a new brew.

Welcome. Have you tried the various brewpubs in your area? My wife and I were out there about this time last year, and were going to try out a brewpub right there in downtown Colorado Springs, but for some odd reason it was closed. Bummer. I really like The Rockyard up the street in Castle Rock.

Yup, I pretty much know em all. :D A couple of my favorites are Il Vicinos (awesome beer and stone baked pizza) and Phantom Canyon. Do you remember the name of the one you stopped at?

So that's why it's more active during the week (he says, while slumped in his chair, inside the carpeted box).

cool! I've been to IV in Salida. It's been years but the Ute Trail Pale and Wet Mountain IPA were both very yummy with my pizza. That was back in 01 but I still wear my Wet Mountain Tshirt. :D

Il Vicino sounds right, because they also advertised their pizza. Were you as underwhelmed with Jarre Creek as I was? I thought their brews were pretty bland. Hope they've tightened up.
