CO2 in Atlanta

Can anyone point me to a good place to get a CO2 tank refilled in Atlanta? I tried 3 places on Friday with no luck. One place told me they had one tank that they would exchange and by the time I got there they had already given it to someone else. Ironically, I work as a contractor for Coca-Cola, but I can't seem to figure out if and where they would fill one up for me.

I live on the west side in the Smyrna area, so anywhere close would be very much appreciated.
