I am definately fed up with bottling. I know that getting to kegging will probably be about 2 years considering my current toy list.

The guy that runs my LHBS mentioned that he uses Party Pig's exclusively.

I am wondering if anyone with experience with this devices has any positive or negative things to say about them?

Thanks for any info you have.

Have you considered the tap-a-draft system (just do a search for it and you should come up with many dealers online. I would personaly buy from northernbrewer.com)?

It uses 6L PET bottles that use co2 cartridges to dispense and will even force carbinate somewhat. I costs about $60 for 3 bottles, lids, 10 cartridges to get you started. It fits nicely in my fridge without taking up too much space and I love it.

I'm sure b3 and a few others will agree that it's a great system for those on a budget.

Ditto what Fuji said...the Tap-a-draft is $%&!ing awesome. I wish I bought one sooner than I did. I got mine from morebeer.com---those are the guys I deal with, but northernbrewer might be good too---I dunno. You won't regret getting the tap-a-draft!

I have two party pigs and they work great. The thing you need to weigh it the cost of pressure pouches VS the cost of Co2 cartridges. I think the pouches are 3 to 4$ each.

The pigs area bit more expensive it seems, I think they're about 37$ each.
I didn't really do the pig because I was sick of bottling, just wanted to try something different.
