Is anyone familiar with Cuzco from Peru? Due to pressure, I was forced to take part in its' clone brewing today and was wondering what to expect. It smelled terrific I must admit, but I am wary of a dessert beer.... It's our first all grain batch and needless to say I hope it was worth the effort. I must give kudos to my brew partner....she is a meticulous sanitizer and quite pleasing to the eye! Thanks for any input. And, I get to choose the next batch!!!
