The Park Slope brainchild of Richard Scholz and his wife, Daphne, is a beer-drinker's paradise: Routine beer-tastings and more than 600 brews, arranged geographically from Louisiana's cult Abita Turbo Dog to a distinctly smoky Hecht Schlenferla Rauchbier from Germany. ("It grows on you," says Richard, a former bond trader and an avid home brewer.)
