The first thing you notice when you walk into John Harvard's is the rolling gold and silver ceiling which laps onto the glass walls of the brew house. John Harvard's sits underneath the Warner Theater. The bar area is small and can become crowded, especially on theater nights. They have six taps and usually have one cask beer available. The beers usually available include a pale ale, light lager, and a brown or scottish ale. The other beer offered are seasonals. The night I was there (February 2001) they had an Irish stout, Scottish ale, a hoppy golden ale, AAA Gold, and a Presidential ale. The beer and food are both good. I would recommend giving it a try. - Steve Marler
