Miller Chill includes lime, salt in bottle
February 6th, 2007 | Posted by Stan Hieronymus
Tired of messing around with lime and salt every time you want to drink a Corona?
Miller Brewing wants to make your life easier. Aiming at the Hispanic market, Miller is introducing a beer already flavored with lime and salt.
Miller Chill, modeled after a popular style of Mexican beer called a “chelada,” will be test marketed throughout Florida, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and San Diego, said Pete Marino, a spokesman for the Milwaukee-based brewer. The company hopes to eventually expand the line nationwide, he said.
The lime green bottles feature green and silver modular designs reminiscent of Aztec art, with the word “Chill” in bold black letters across the front and “Chelada style” below.
Update: Miller Chill goes national.

About time someone is brave enough to come out with such a “niche” beer. I have been on a personal quest to find my “perfect beer.” However, I have not been able to get away from the lime and salt. It makes all types of alcohol go down more smoothly. When I am in the need to DRINK, you can always find me with a lime and salt in hand. I can’t wait to try it.

In Mexico, the only beer you add lime and salt to are BAD beers! Just like tequila, good tequila does NOT need lime and salt. Corona is drunk by tourists, NOT by Mexicans (unless are from border and are in US “undocumented” and just want to support a Mexican company, which is partially owned by Budweiser!!)
Yes, Lime and salt WILL make everything taste unlike it’s natural self! Beer is not meant to have lime and salt in it. Am sure lime and salt with urine could be tasty too, but I think I’ll stick to real beer.

It’s a good concept, but why sell yourself short……Go after a popular Mexican Beer Recipe “Michelada”
And call yours “Mill-Chelada”
It’s like drinking a bloody mary….”Micheladas” are a popular Mexican drink
Hussongs makes a good one…also Rock N Taco….and Papas and Beer
February 13th, 2007 at 12:40 pm
AH YES, FINALLY A BEER READY TO GO OUT OF THE BOX.. I DRINK MILLER LITE NOW ADDING LIME AND SALT. WHAT A TREAT THIS WILL BE.. AND NOT JUST FOR THE HIPANIC MAN, THIS WHITE BOY LIKES THE LIME AND SALT..
February 14th, 2007 at 7:21 pm
that sounds disgusting. As was mentioned above, if the beer is brewed to actually have flavour, then adding artificial flavours to it after the fact isn’t necessary.
March 1st, 2007 at 2:53 pm
i thought there was a man law from miller lite that says “don’t fruit your beer” isn’t this exactly what they are doing. Makes no sense to me.
March 6th, 2007 at 11:13 pm
I just tasted this beer and it is AWESOME! I goes down way smoother than a Celada! I was very impressed! My boyfriend thinks it will be a huge hit with his friends. Now we don’t have to mess with buying limes and making a mess with salt. Since it is brewed with lime, it is way better anyway! Way 2 go Miller!!!
March 7th, 2007 at 2:50 am
Funny thing! The man law is a Miller Lite thing~ Miller Chill is a completely new beer that is brewed w/the lime and salt. It is also more carbonated than your average beer to give a crisp taste! This is def a beer you wanna try!
March 7th, 2007 at 1:47 pm
For those of you who do like real lime in your beer – I propose new Man Law # 27: OK to fruit with No Fingers in beer- Man have to use a TOOL. See the Lime Bomber. Works great.
March 10th, 2007 at 2:17 pm
I drank a Miller Chill Longneck last night at the pub. No bad. It tasted a little sweet to me, but that might have been due to the fact that I had already drank a couple of Miller Lite Longnecks. I’ll try a Miller Chill to start off with tonight.
March 11th, 2007 at 3:38 pm
Not bad for a bitch beer!!! Goes down smooth, my senorita reallly likes it! Way to go Miller
March 12th, 2007 at 8:38 pm
OMG! Finally!! My friends and I used to grab Coronas from the bodega late at night but they wouldn’t sell lime and salt so we had to suffer. I’m suprised they are not testing it in NYC though. Thank God I’m in San Diego!
March 12th, 2007 at 11:07 pm
Just tried this tonight. I like it! Getting a lime wedge in a bottle without it spewing is a problem I can live without and I have been putting salt in my beer for years. Drink what you like and like what you drink. Can’t be any more simple than that ~ Salud!
March 14th, 2007 at 3:03 pm
it doesn’t even taste like beer, it’s crap…..taste like Zima
March 15th, 2007 at 9:27 am
Karen, try the Lime Bomber – it inserts(and squeezes) a wedge of lime into your beer, no mess or hassles. Fun too!
March 15th, 2007 at 7:44 pm
this beer tastes great. get over the whole manly beer complex and just admit that it tastes good. i aplaud miller for producing this beer and hope that it enjoys a great future.
March 20th, 2007 at 9:22 am

March 23rd, 2007 at 7:26 am
I’ve bought a six pack.. (deep south Texas), I drink a lot of this kind of beer with the Coronas, and Sol brand.. This Miller comes close, real close, but it’s a little on the sweet side.
March 26th, 2007 at 3:04 pm
Taste great with Ceviche and chips. A week ago me and my Girlfriend ate Ceviche at our favoret Mex. Seafood Resturant in Chula Vista CA. and we always order Miller lite beer and add a Lime and salt to it while we eat. This pass weekend we went and ate some more Chviche and we seen this little ad on the table about this Miller beer in a green bottle call Miller Chill, and it’s a lite beer, hhhhmmmm! we though. So we tried it and it was soooo gooood to us that we order another bottle. It tasted the way like it….=-) you have to try it if you haven’t yet.
March 26th, 2007 at 9:57 pm
I tried this beer last night with a trial six pack here in Florida. I’ll be buying this beer from now on when I get ready for the beach. The only thing I can say as a negative about this beer is that when I go to Las Vegas here shortly I won’t be able to party it up and drink my new favorite lite beer. I think this will be a hit nationwide and even if its not I hope they keep it here in Florida.
March 27th, 2007 at 4:04 pm
I tried this beer on spring break recently in Florida and I was pleasantly surprised. I’m usually a Corona Light girl but this was a lot easier since I didn’t to mess with a lime. It was very refreshing and I liked the extra carbonation.
For all the guys who are bashing on it before they’ve even tried it: at least give it a chance and then make your judgment…you might be surprised to find that it’s actually pretty good!
March 28th, 2007 at 9:28 am
I like to be open-minded, so– even though after ten years of homebrewing, I’ve become a bit snobbish– I pick up a 6 of these last night, pop the top and take a big hit of the first one… and the first thought that pops into my head is, “Hey, this tastes like a soda.”
I don’t think it tasted bad, just very light flavor to it… and none, IMHO, from the hops/barley, just lime and a bit of salt. On the upside, the drinkability is outstanding… you could slam these beers al day, if so inclined, and because of that, it could find itself in that specialized niche: beer to drink when you should be drinking water– you know, at the beach, at cookouts, softball games, SAT exams… you get the picture.
I’ll buy it again when I get the urge to slam a six-pack and go play in the sun.
March 28th, 2007 at 1:50 pm
this beer sucks. it doesnt even tast like beer and its not cheap either. its like $6.50 a six pack in florida and it SUCKS. its even bad compared to wine coolers. how hard can it be for a big company like miller to copy the taste of a corona. it evens comes in a ugly bottle. i love corona in the summer time and was hoping another company would make a corona like beer only cheaper, miller missed the mark on both.
March 28th, 2007 at 2:57 pm
[...] After, I met a long time friend at CG’s for a few drinks, and it didn’t hurt that a few of my other friends were there as well. Ryan, with very little coaxing, got me to try the new Miller beer called Chill which might I add is horrible. It tasted like (bare with me) the bastard son of beer, Fruit Loops, and lime and salt flavored Tostito’s. So the only logical and reasonable solution to drinking what was left of this nasty swill was to make a half and half with it and Guinness, and name the concoction The Spring Break. Ironically it ended up tasting something like Heinz 57 sauce. I ended up getting sauced myself, and shit talking with Dustin about the good ole’ days. He told me about an old friend of ours from back when he went to new college that passed away of cancer. He was such a young kid, and also one of the nicest people that I’ve had the opportunity to meet. Maybe Billy Joel was right. Even after the bad new I came to the conclusion that mundane nights of just hanging with old friends seem to be more appealing to me than partying and whooping it up. Guess I’m finally maturing? March 31st, 2007 at 9:39 am
We go two free beers last night at one of our dancehalls we visit. It was awesome and for sure will pick up a six pack at out local store.
March 31st, 2007 at 10:05 pm
My new favorite! Almost as good as Tequiza!! YUM!!!!!!!
April 3rd, 2007 at 6:17 pm
Where can I get Miller Chill in San Diego? We really wanna try it, but Von’s doesn’t carry it… Please help!
April 4th, 2007 at 10:20 pm
I tried this beer because I love drinking light beers with salt and lime. It is really good, goes down smooth and doesn’t fill me up. I hope it sticks around, because this is my new favorite.
April 5th, 2007 at 5:58 am
I thought it was man law to not fruit the beer in those Miller commercials? They just broke man law…what an offal offense!
April 5th, 2007 at 6:58 pm
dude they just killed the man law,
anyway i drink miller lite for domestic but for mexican i gotta go with carta blanca its just the best tasting mexican beer…
corona isnt good at all and if u have to add unnatural flavor to a beer just to drink it thats just wrong and being chicano i know mexicans dont drink beer with lemon and salt unless its tecate because its cheap and pretty stong…
ill still give it a try though, maybe one day when i feel like getting exotic…
April 6th, 2007 at 8:37 am
It’s all about marketing for Miller Brewing. I grew up & out on Schaffer. In 1974 I tried all the light beers and settled on the Less Filling & Great Taste of MillerLite. The Man Laws are for us REAL Lite Beer Drinkers.
April 6th, 2007 at 8:39 am
We got a sample over at the Gaslamp Tavern (Great place BTW), and it just sucked.
Tasted like someone went nuts with the lime, added some fizz and said “Here. Try this. Its beer and beer is good, right?”
Uhm, no. Just… no.
April 6th, 2007 at 4:59 pm
Well, I tried this after seeing it sitting on a display on NOrth Texas. I was on the way home from Corsicana to Tulsa, Oklahoma. I got it home, got it good and cold, and popped the top. I was absolutely captured at that moment by the taste. I thought “wow, someone has finally captured the taste the the culturally affluent male is looking for after all this time”. Folks, if you like Miller Beer and Lime…YOU WILL LOVE THE NEW CHILL! Please offer this in a 3 point and send to tulsa. I work as a Co-Manager for WalMart and tell you now…VENDORS, BRING IT TO THE DOOR, I WILL PILE IT HIGH AND WATCH IT FLY…U GET THE SPACE FOR THE MASSIVE DISPLAY IN MY STORE(Owasso, Oklahoma!). Miller Beer Company…this is a true win and should be expanded quickly! It’s a winner
April 7th, 2007 at 7:47 pm
It taste good.
April 8th, 2007 at 4:23 pm
I tried chill the other night while out and all I want to know is “did you buy the rights from coca-cola for sprite that has gone flat ? Because that is what this tastes like . absoloutley awfull could not stand it .
April 10th, 2007 at 12:43 am
I have friends calling me from Arizona telling me I need to try this beer and I don’t know what I’m missing. Get that beer to the Seattle, WA market. Quick!!!
April 10th, 2007 at 6:33 pm
I love Miller Chill. Que rica!!! I hope it sticks around. It’s my new favorite.
April 11th, 2007 at 8:04 pm
I usually drink bud lite with lime. I cannot stand either Miller Lite or Blondies. THIS BEER ROCKS! Tequiza is good but I can’t drink more than one or two of those. This stuff goes down too easy! I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. The home of Michelada. Finally a beer that does the mexicanos justice.
April 12th, 2007 at 8:53 pm
This beer is very good. I am on vacation in Florida and had the pleasure to try it at a local tiki bar. I was hoping I would be able to find this in New York, but am quite disappointed. Stouts are generally my beer of choice, but was very satisfied with Millers new creation
April 14th, 2007 at 7:24 pm
I picked up a six pack of this in San Diego. It’s OK. It’s on the sweet side and lacks any sort of appreciable hops. I think it could use a bit of bitterness to counter the annoying sweetness. I prefer a Corona w/ lime over this myself.
April 15th, 2007 at 2:49 pm
My cousin and i saw this beer at the local liqour store and i was like “bro we have got to try this shit” sure enough we did and well i found my new favorite beer i honestly think it beats coors light, miller light, and bud light my other top 3 but its just a little pricey (the reason that miller should drop the price so we can start buying mass amounts) a 6 pack was like 9 dollars but i found it to be well worth it and picked up like 4 of them one night and introduced miller chill to some friends they also enjoyed it and then went back to clear the shelves at the place of purchase. In other conclusions thank you miller for creating the words best beer
April 16th, 2007 at 2:55 pm
Miller Chill is the bomb!! Tried it on vacation in Tampa Florida. Now I am in St louis without any Miller Chill. I wish St. Louis was part of the test market, because now I have to go without.
April 17th, 2007 at 6:57 pm
I just tried this while in Arizona and love it. I went through 4 6-packs while on vacation. Luckily I brought some back with me, as I didn’t realize it wasn’t available in Milwaukee (you would think). Hopefully they make it available nationwide, it is a great beer.
April 17th, 2007 at 7:38 pm
Brought it home from Florida. The family loved it! Please make it available in Cleveland.
April 19th, 2007 at 7:26 pm
i am a soldier in the army and have thought about this for the longest time, but my question is why only certain states for trial? although i am from new mexico, i would love to ry it , i understand that it is for trial in the hispanic communityies, but you should see the religous corona and limesalt drinkers in the military communiy, i am stationed in ft. eustis va
April 19th, 2007 at 8:49 pm
NEVER again will i buy this “beer”.
We were out on the lake a few weeks ago and grabbed a 6-pack of this “beer”. I couldn’t finish mine, told my girlfriend to try it and she hated it, asked another friend to try one and got the same response. Bottom line, 4 beers ended up in the trash unopened.
Some Mexican restaurants around here sell the type of beer that Miller is trying to recreate. If you have a chance to try one I highly suggest it.
(Austin, Texas)
April 22nd, 2007 at 10:42 pm
i am drinkng this beer right now and i am pretty disappointed. its like in between beer and a mikes hard lemonade or something. it tastes alright, but its certainly not a real beer.
April 24th, 2007 at 5:36 pm
Had it in Jax. Fantastic and crisp. Bring it to the Carolinas please. Soon!!
April 26th, 2007 at 9:24 pm
Good for Beach
Tastes like Vault Energy Drink, but gets you buzzed instead of jittery
April 27th, 2007 at 11:03 am
I love this beer! After many jokes on me for adding lime and salt to my beer; like why are you making beer soup? or are you crazy? or is that a Mexican thing? a friend of mine buys a six pack for me and the label states “Inspired by a Mexican recipe” WHOA!! I’m in love!!! I will be purchasing this beer and I hope it sticks around! MICHELADAS ALL THE WAY BABY!!!! Thank you Miller Brewing Company!!!!
April 29th, 2007 at 6:06 pm
Great tasting beer! Can’t believe it comes from Miller
May 6th, 2007 at 11:41 pm
I CANNOT stop drinking this beer. maybe that’s a bad thing?? I live in Florida and i’m not mexican and i love it. I never liked Miller before, but seriously i love this. i hope it does well so it stays.
And to ‘Marshall’ up there…whats artifcial about lime and salt?? nice one, smart guy.
May 8th, 2007 at 10:51 am
Is it available in Florida, I would like to try it.
May 8th, 2007 at 8:13 pm
My parents who live in Phoenix brought some of this beer with them on their visit to southern Idaho. They wanted me to try it. Try it I did, wow! I’ve been a Corona fan for years and this stuff is way better. Please don’t waste time, get this beer on the market in Idaho soon. It’s starting to heat up and I’ll be your best customer. This beer goes down real smooth!! A great thirst quencher!
May 9th, 2007 at 3:47 pm
I bought a six pack yesterday – came home and drank one with some popcorn. I can tell you right now 6 ain’t gonna be enough! I bought another 6 pack today! The taste is very smooth and satisfying. I LOVE it! Way to go Miller!!
May 9th, 2007 at 8:25 pm
I can tell you now its a BIG BIG hit we can not make it fast anough
May 11th, 2007 at 9:24 am
I visited Texas and tried Chill. LOVE IT! I have told all my friends about it and I am visiting Texas again and will bring back beer to Iowa for them to try. To all those people who don’t like it, wonderful!!!! Can I have yours? Miller, please distribute this beer to the rest of the country. People don’t know what they are missing!!!!!!!!!
May 11th, 2007 at 11:33 pm
Tried it while fishin w/ a couple rednecks. I have always been Budlight and Mich Ultra. This is awesome. Been drinkin it since. Even better than Corona and no lookin like a queer stuffin limes in the bottle! Everyone I know likes it. Only complaint is a little too carbonated.
May 14th, 2007 at 9:11 pm
when can we expect the chill beer to be in Missouri?????
May 17th, 2007 at 10:50 pm
I tried Chill in Arizona on vacation last week…really liked it after a hot day in the desert. I didn’t know it was a “trial” beer…went to the liquor store here east of the Mississippi and they had never heard of it. Hope it gets here soon!
May 18th, 2007 at 9:52 am
when is it coming to Colorado because when i drink beer i always add lime and salt
May 19th, 2007 at 12:38 pm
I only drink beer at concerts because…well beer is not my favorite drink…but I tried Chill at a party and I must say, it was a hit with both men and women!! Love it! Good going Miller.
May 19th, 2007 at 3:25 pm
I was lucky enough to be in Florida when it came out. I really like it. I don’t drink alot of beer but when I do it is usually Miller lite.I didn’t know it was a trial. I came back to Michigan and couldn’t find it. I had to go to Milwaukee on Business so I’m all pumped up to bring a trunk full home to share with friends(maybe). I thought for sure Milwaukee would have . No one had even heard of it. What’s up with that!!! I’m, going to Florida next week you better believe I will figure out how to get some home with me. How long before the rest of us have it in our State??? Don’t want to become a bootleger.
May 21st, 2007 at 4:42 pm
My wife and I had it in Arizona! Awesome summer Beer! Now I’m craving one and can’t get it here in MIlwaukee! Home of Miller Beer!
May 26th, 2007 at 4:19 pm
Living in the sunshine state! Lucky for me, it’s here in Florida! Love the new Miller Chill.
June 1st, 2007 at 11:03 am
I am in Chicago. I want Miller Chill Now! Who will send some to me? I will pay shipping and cost, obviously……..
June 10th, 2007 at 1:45 pm
Miller Chill goes National this week in most markets, everyone will have it by July 4th!
June 10th, 2007 at 5:15 pm
Just picked up a case here in Nj first time I saw it. It’s pretty tasty I would compare it with tequiza.
June 11th, 2007 at 9:42 pm
I did try miller chill at a local bar call the Archway Inn it is located in Earlville Md. it was very good when will be be able to buy it in the beer stores in Md., or De.
I had always use to drink Corona, but the Miller Chill will be my new beer from now on, you don’t have to worry about going to the store to get limes any more.
June 13th, 2007 at 11:57 am
I had the oppertunity to try a chill at a local bar in wisconsin on a crappy beer night after the bar ran out of pabst men and the crew we asked to try one for the crappy beer price. I wont lie is was a skeptic at first but after tasting i realized this was no crappy beer and was great for the hot muggy wisconsin days
June 13th, 2007 at 10:14 pm
has more in common with a Mike’s hard lemonade (though at a lower alc content) than it does with a real beer. Not a bad drink to come out of the big beer families, but probably a mistake to market under the miller label. All in all, not a drink that I’d order at a bar (I’d prefer a shiner or a tecate), but a good drink to take waterskiing with friends over a vacation weekend. Again, don’t get it expecting a full flavor or a nice lager.
June 19th, 2007 at 9:46 am
Wow! I recently tried Miller CHILL and was very impressed. I’m a Corona drinker and this new beer is right up my alley. A “hint” of lime makes this beer unique to any others. I’m not too keen on the “pinch” of salt added but I enjoy the overall taste. It’s less expensive than Corona too!
June 20th, 2007 at 9:30 am
i bought some miller chill today. i heard it was good. they were sold out the day before and then got a shipment in today. at first i was like, this beer sucks. than i had another one and i could taste the salt and lime. for $6.50 a six pack and only 4.2% alchole per bottle i would say i am not to happy. it taste good but no need to make it that much for a 6-pack. its good but knock the price down a couple dollars then i will buy more. from wisconsin keep on drinkin
June 22nd, 2007 at 12:08 am
This stuff just got to Virginia Beach, nice.Miller will kill it with this.Could be bigger than Miller Lite. Very refreshing and unique; nothing on the market compares.
June 22nd, 2007 at 7:58 pm
I just drink a bottle of Miller Chill. I will NEVER buy this again. On top of that, I’m stuck with five more bottles because I was a jackass and bought a six-pack. I am a beer drinker and I enjoy beer, light and regular. This is not beer. This is Zima mixed with wine cooler at best. Miller should spend more time making beer, and less time worrying about the next fad. If you must try this swill go to a bar and buy a bottle, that way your not stuck with the five other bottles that you must pawn off on your not so good friends. Bring back Miller Red Label and cut the CRAP!
June 22nd, 2007 at 8:16 pm
This beer came out around 8 years ago called Tequiza and we all know how good that tasted!
June 24th, 2007 at 1:10 am
I believe chill already came out about 10 years ago – it’s called TEQUIZA!! Much smoother flavor.
June 24th, 2007 at 11:18 pm
i try this miller beer i didn’t taste lime and salted bear i always try Michelada bear which is good taste
June 26th, 2007 at 6:40 pm
to Darrel: congrats for getting outside the box and buying something other than Nady aka Nasty aka Shitty Lite… its only about 10 cents more a bottle than miller lite atleast here in atlanta. The Miller chill is a great summer time beer and even you “beer snobs” can admit to enjoying it. Best part is its Cheaper than Cornoa and thats before buying the limes.
July 6th, 2007 at 8:39 pm
Tried it tonight and really like it!
July 9th, 2007 at 7:08 pm
This is the worst stuff I ever spent $7.00 on. It tastes like urine from a dehydrated person.
July 11th, 2007 at 2:08 pm
Great Beer…. I think the best on the market right now. Very refreshing.
July 12th, 2007 at 7:10 pm
Okay. I’m here in a bar in Washington State and they have a cooler full of this Miller Chill as a promotion. Promoting it as a Corona style beer with the lime and salt already added.
First impressions: Weak beer with a hint of lime. More like water then beer. So for simply thirst quenching this is probably fine. However when I smell the beer it smells like the ocean surf which is appealing on one level when I think Cabo, but its not appealing as a smell I have to endure when drinking a beer.
I suggest passing on this beer and instead order a Corona and add a lime manually. That for me would be much more satifying. Even without a lime a Corona would still be a better option IMHO.
July 12th, 2007 at 8:08 pm
I tried Miller Chill today and it’s great. Smooth taste and what I like best not blotting. Try it you’ll like it. Hope it comes in cans soon.
July 13th, 2007 at 5:59 pm
This stuff is awesome!!!! It doesnt taste a thing like that crappy A-B stuff Tequiza tho. Miller brew hit the nail on the head with this!!Perfect timing to launch this with all the heat.
VIVA LA RAZA!!!!!
July 15th, 2007 at 6:25 pm
Loyal miller fan…..Chill is not bad. Like the flavor, way to go Miller!!!
July 16th, 2007 at 1:23 am
Honestly this is the best tasting beer altough i like regualor Miller this is the best in a long time i like what Miller did, like the guy a couple comment up from me thank you guys for stepping up and doing what America loves! nice crisp tasty beer.
July 18th, 2007 at 3:59 pm
it’s pretty good and i usually hate miller, bud, coors….
July 19th, 2007 at 11:12 pm
what about the man law “don’t fruit the beer”? bit of a contradiction there…
July 23rd, 2007 at 7:25 am
Just so everyone knows, *THE MAN LAW* is not a miller lite thing, it is a Milwaukees Best saying. Anyone should try the Miller Chill it is wonderful.
July 24th, 2007 at 12:15 am
Just purchased a 6 pack and tastes really good. Not like ‘beer good’ but goes down easy with a nice hint of lime. I like it.
July 31st, 2007 at 3:04 am
I’ve seen the commercial and really wanted to try it but just never got around to it. And after reading this, I’ll grab a 6-pack tomorrow and will be back for my review!
August 4th, 2007 at 4:29 pm
wow i just tried it its great i love it
August 4th, 2007 at 5:18 pm
Good stuff great taste goes down good and I normally stay away from domestic beers this is a hit
August 7th, 2007 at 11:17 am
wont buy this again.
August 7th, 2007 at 7:00 pm
I really wanted this beer to taste good but instead it tasted like a Miller Lite filled half way with Sprite. It really sucks and I can tolerate pretty bad beer. Those of you who say you love it either work for Miller or just like beer mixed with Sprite and bad beer.
August 10th, 2007 at 12:09 pm
People who don’t like the taste of beer & ales like this stuff. The rest of us don’t.
August 10th, 2007 at 3:36 pm
Had high hopes… dashed!! Hated it.. Like a soda. Don’t want a soda… want a beer. I loved Tequiza beer remember that one? Was one of few. But this was palin aweful!! And from the guy that liked Tequiza! I got stuck with 11 more … anyone?
August 11th, 2007 at 12:37 am
i can feel my estrogen going out of control with every drink

Quite tasty and clever. Beer drinkers have been salting their beer for decades and we know that lime is a very popular addition to la cervesa. It even appears in a nationwide campaign for a popular Mexican brew. Someone at Miller gets it!

Best beer in the market. A beer that tastes great and does not give you a headache like all those bud products. Godd job Miller! Recomend this to everyone.

This is not beer. It is insulting to me that they even call this beer. Lemonade, maybe…but not beer! I have to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth out now……then I’m going to the fridge for a Guiness!

i love miller chill.. it is true it doesnt taste completely like beer. To me, that isnt a bad thing.. I like beer, but what I usually don’t like is the bitterness of it, and this beer definitely doesnt have it. I have to agree with others that it is somewhat ’sweet’ although not in a sugary way (if that makes sense). It is my new fav beer..!

Most people hate this beer. I am a bartender and spend much time drinking new beers. It tastes nothing like beer. We can’t sell it. We can’t give it away for 50 cents. We’ve sold 2 Chills since they came off the wagon and both people disliked it with emotion. Who drinks this crap?

Tried it and liked it. I doubt that it will be my regular beer but it’s a good alternative. I’m putting it into my mix along with Bud Select, Molson, Carta Blanca.

My wife loves it.
Try “chick drink”.
I tried one, and actually it wasn’t half bad. I’ve definitely had worse “fruity beers”.

Either I am on crack or all of the positive replys are Miller employees forced to write postive reviews. Now I know why my friend who works at Miller gave me a free case, they can’t sell the aweful stuff either. I am a “chick” who drinks beer and Miller Chill sucks!!! What the hell do I do with all of this sucky beer?

I believe this beer isn’t too shabby… the upside is, the liquor store near my place in Kansas just got it and it is on sale (has been for awhile… I hear it’s not doing so hot around here) so it’s half the price for a 6 pack. 2.99 or thereabouts. Best cheap beer around!

This is another female drink and should be sold as that. The advertising is very elusive…..and as for Corona, well, that is an all together different story.
Corna is extraordinary……….with or without the lime and salt…and the tv advertisment, lol, does nothing to help the sale.
Pay close attention to who likes this………..mostly female…..or whatever.
