		<description>Dear Sirs,
I have the book and read it 20 times before I brewed my first batch. Great book. HOwever, I have not bottled yet. I need some advice on the FG. I have read in other publications that you should NEVER bottle over the 1.005 marking on the hydrometer. Is that before or after you have added the primer? Also, What temp is optimal for cold conditioning? And for how long?

Regards
