A growing craft beer industry will hopefully lead to even greater creativity and the ability to try new things. Perhaps one will open it's doors here in Central Illinois. Aside from the great local John S. Rhodell brewpub I am three hours from anyone that makes good beer. Growing sales might allow some of the best to begin distributing here in Peoria, IL as well.
